MOM_initialize_tracer_from_Z is not used in this module!

OK to un-use. This subroutine will be called from generic_tracers

I thought we were going to use the new routine for T and S initialization too - in order to test it?

FWIW, this passed all my tests with all three compilers. I'll wait for @nikizadehgfdl 's results and any revisions from @MJHarrison-GFDL . |

The branch code is ready for review. The initial test is working for OM4_SIS2_COBALT test case. Note that for the COBLAT model to run these changes need to accompany gitlab branch of ocean_shared user/nnz/verona_dev_merge I close this pull request for now. Matt will open a new pull request to dev/master |
