Please confirm the following.

  • I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
  • I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
  • I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

Modrinth App 0.9.1

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Describe the bug

I download the mod pack my friend sent me and when I try to install it from the app, I get "An error occurred
Incorrect Sha1 hash for download: b911ff8adebb5fa9904c273ae41f8225c7f0ebb6 != 98c40a2df996a7ac59ccc5c72c83" I have this problem when the installation is between 30%-40% please help.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Tap '+ New Instance'
  2. Tap "From file"
  3. Select the modpack
  4. When installing error appeared.

Expected behavior

It should install the modpack.

Additional context

Nothing

See #940 Now you can manually open your mrpack and edit modrinth.index.json to update hashes
