chore(deps): bump hono from 4.12.18 to 4.12.23 in /integration-test/src/jvmTest/typescript - #799

Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: actions/gradle-build-tools-actions/dependency-submission@8379f6a1328ee0e06e2bb424dadb7b159856a326. Actions will be forced to run with Node.js 24 by default starting June 16th, 2026. Node.js 20 will be removed from the runner on September 16th, 2026.
