Describe the bug
Doesn't work with overlay canvas on 2018.3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Load demo scene
Change canvas render mode to "Screen Space - Overlay"
Play demo

CommandBuffer needs projection matrix for overlay.
