Gowerlabs (https://www.gowerlabs.co.uk) is a manufacturer of near-infrared imaging devices. They output their data in the standard SNIRF file format. MNE-python already has a SNIRF reader. However, there are some unique aspects of the Gowerlab implementation of SNIRF relative to other manafacturers, so I add a file to use for testing as provided by @samuelpowell at mne-tools/mne-python#10538 (comment).
There is an associated PR to update the reader at mne-tools/mne-python#10555
