The link to the 4-bit quantization article on Maxime's blog in the quantization section was wrong and led to the intro to quantization page. Moreover, I took the liberty to change the order of two of the links in the references of the quantization section so they match the order of articles on Maxime's blog, since the 4-bit article references the GPTQ article.
