on ie8 your resize function is being called infinitely - you have a TODO in your code

line 69 - //TODO: check if resize bug is gone in IE8 +

just turning this TODO into an issue

oh great. I thought this was fixed in ie8. I guess I should have tested more instead of setting for google. Will fix soon.
