Creating
Authorization-codeclients was disabled in this app and not supported by the api - After change in MVP spec the api has been updated and we are opening this up - the functionality is hidden beneath a feature flag which is detailed in the READMEThis PR adds significant functionality to the app but most is an extension of the existing
client-credentialscode. New code is mostly tests
