TURBINE & REPI examples, fixes and improvements

This PR consists of the following:

• Add examples for TURBINE and REPI (forgotten in PR Add TURBINE/REPI with EPI-based tools #137)
• Fix TURBINE (I had changed some variable names in the epify tools)
• Add skip_factor parameter to TURBINE to be able to skip lines over the EPI planes, as done in the 2022 reference mentioned in issue Add TURBINE trajectory #50
