Automatically clean up old txhashset snapshots #2671

It seems that the node doesn't remove old txhashset_zip_XX folders and txhashset_snapshot_XX.zip files in chain_data, when it is done with them. This causes unneeded disk usage and my nodes regularly get stuck due to a lack of free disk space because of this.

Closing, it is already merged into 1.1 branch #2575
