Final patched publication version

This is the last version of SPECtre based on the analytical pipeline outlined in the BMC Bioinformatics publication. Succeeding releases will be based on NumPy/Pandas data structures and non-R modules to calculate coherence. Please refer to succeeding version notes for additional details.

This version is frozen to the publication of SPECtre in BMC Bioinformatics. Future bug fixes and feature updates will continue on the active master branch.
