Created and tested:
  Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
  XLSX: Google Docs, Excel Online (Cloud @mail.ru), LibreOffice 5.3.7.2

Notes:
- the package does not support formula values, so Google Docs preview will show empty cells
  (recalculation of formulas is required);
- anсient versions LibreOffice have incompatibility with named ranges and formulas.
