[Fanbox] Add support for "supporting" timeline

Much like Patreon can be grabbed via gallery-dl patreon.com/home as a timeline of patrons you support, Fanbox also has it's own timeline url fanbox.cc/home/supporting. It would be nice to be able to download only the latest posts in timeline order from all creators I support rather than running gallery-dl through a list of urls of creators I support. If that makes any sense.

Of course fanbox.cc itself is also a timeline of both followed and supported creators so I suppose support should be added for that at the same time.

Should be done in c97b92c, although I'm not sure fanbox.cc/home/supporting URLs actually work since I don't support any fanbox creators myself. The home feed with fanbox.cc does definitely work, though.
