A generic extractor might be useful.. the way I see it, most if not all of these boards are based on Gelbooru which itself is a derivative from Danbooru, apparently.

Booru itself is quite a software with many implementation on different programming language and such. Like 4chan-like Imageboard and POMF file hosting.

There aren't that many booru-softwares around. Most commonly found are Danbooru, Gelbooru (0.1 was/is public, 0.2 was/is being sold, it's was booru.org uses, + the current version of gelbooru.com; own PHP rewrite I think) and Shimmie (PHP rewrite). Others seem to be forks of Danbooru that mostly have compatible APIs, like Moebooru (used by konachan.com; modified Danbooru).

Last time I played around with them, only the URLs of the api were a bit different.
