I noticed part of the downloaded stories are HEIC files now. Perhaps it's worth investigating why that is and whether Instagram continues to offer JPEG and if so which of the available files is higher quality.

These are actually just .jpg files, but Instagram gave them a .heic filename extension and gallery-dl does not yet support this filetype, so it just follows along and uses this wrong extension.

Fixed with 2edcdee. These files will now get their proper .jpg extension as long as downloader.http.adjust-extensions is enabled.
