DeviantArt - higher jpg quality for newer images #369

For newer images on DeviantArt, the full resolution is no longer available, but you can still get an image in higher quality. For example, changing q_75 to q_100 for the following image URL yields an image with no jpg artifacts:

Would it be possible to modify gallery-dl so it grabs this higher-quality version for newer uploads?

The quality settings for images from wixmp servers gets now changed to q_100 and there is even an option to set an arbitrary JPEG quality level or disable the URL rewrite altogether.
