[imagefap] Downloading all galleries of a user only downloads the first page

When downloading from a user, who has a lot of galleries, gallery-dl only downloads the first page of them. Going to each page and using that as a link, doesn't work either (otherwise it would be easy to just use e.g. {1..5})

Would it be possible to either add a way to specify the pages or just iterate through them all?

Are you sure that you running the dev version / master @thechef95 ?

I can confirm this is fixed and working. @thechef95 must be running the old version.
