Please add "tagged" extractor for a given Instagram account (not the #tag)
for example:
https://www.instagram.com/kkulsoing/tagged/

e8e3717 adds support for these URLs, but it might be considerably slower than the "main" page since it needs to do some extra requests for posts with more than one image/video (b869b3a).
