The middle dot looks very small, the bullet seems like a better choice. Visually it is more appealing, and matches standard markdown renderers like in GitHub readmes.

I noticed this has not been released and I changed it manually, styling would need to be changed for the bullet to show in the middle of the text.

What happened to this commit? The old character (\u00B7") is still used in master.
