Also Included in this PR:

  1. Review of the examples import script to take advantage of the new feature of getting ApiReferenceLink property via Find-MgGraphCommand. (See release notes for the latest SDK version).
  2. Removing unnecessary artifacts PR step created for every weekly open API refresh run. We opt to use platyps to generate new docs based on a newly published SDK instead of running a pipeline to copy markdown files from this repo to PowerShell reference docs repo.
