Windows Package Manager (WinGet) now allows you to install free apps from the Microsoft Store rated E (everyone) as part of the msstore source which is enabled by default on everyone's devices.

One of the side effects of app developers publishing to the Microsoft Store is that it'll also be available in the Windows Package Manager.

At the moment, Sysinternals is only available in the Windows Package Manager's msstore source.

It's currently not in the Windows Package Manager's winget source because the Windows Package Manager doesn't support .zip files yet.

Sysinternals doesn't show up in any search results.
