  • VSCode Version: 1.34.0
  • OS Version: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open terminal
  2. Run any command that makes any change of your current project directory after a while, like > npm install
  3. Run 'New Folder' action
  4. After refreshing directory by the terminal command, 'New Folder' input will disappear and File Explorer remains inactive

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
