Minor visual bug with terminal hyperlinks #207956

Type: Bug
While scrolling through the terminal with hyperlinks spanning multiple lines, I noticed that the underline that appears while hovering over the link stays there in the shape of the link when you scroll up without moving the cursor and your mouse lands on another link. (It doesn't seem to happen every time and the underline disappears as soon as you move the mouse)
