Syntax Highlighting Error #179043

Type: Bug
When I wrote a HTML text in VS Code with Python extension,
I found this line:
<span class="comment"># Python 3</span>
has some problems in highlighting syntax.
It expects red because it is in a read-only string.
But, in fact, it is green.
That means the extension thinks it is notes.
I am using Python 3.11.2 (64-bits)
