Testing #167475

On the latest Insiders, on Ubuntu 16 with git 2.38 and bash 4.3.48.
The lightbulb to suggest running a similar git subcommand shows up inconsistently:
Screencap where I'm running a lot of misspelled git subcommands, and only some of them get a quick fix lightbulb

I ran into this as well in #172564 (comment)

It also works fine for me on macOS, but not Linux
