Shell startup setting doesnt update shell profile

While testing #196

Change "python-envs.terminal.autoActivationType": "shellStartup", to get the pop up and select Update Shell Profile. I don't receive a notification of success or failure. If I close VS Code and reopen I get the same popup to update the shell profile until I hit cancel.

My shell profile is in OneDrive which might be the source of the problem but either way it is unable to correctly locate and update the profile.
