The old button bar was more discoverable

The new button bar has one button - "refresh." The old button bar had buttons for copying links and renaming. The copy link functionality is now hidden in right-clicking the PR number. I think this was much more discoverable with the explicit "copy link" button.. Since there is plenty of unused space now, I suggest bringing back more buttons to the button bar. I'm not sure what the upside is of moving and hiding the copy link options.
