- qt_release.conf should now be copied correctly when VCPKG_BUILD_TYPE is release (closes qt5-declarative fails to build when VCPKG_BUILD_TYPE is release #6258)
- fix vcpkg_configure_qmake.cmake when VCPKG_BUILD_TYPE is debug (closes qt5-declarative fails to build on linux #6250)
qt5-release.conf was not copied in release mode
