For the x64-xbox-scarlett and x64-xbox-xboxone triplets, the DLL generation fails in the link statement when per-console libs are referenced (d3d12_xs.lib, d3d12_x.lib).

For both, it was including C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft GDK\<yymmqq>\GXDK\gameKit\lib\amd64.

For Xbox Series X|S, it was missing c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft GDK\<yymmqq>\GXDK\gameKit\lib\amd64\Scarlett.

For Xbox One, it was missing c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft GDK\<yymmqq>\GXDK\gameKit\lib\amd64\XboxOne.

The reason the paths were missing was due to typos. This also thwarted the Ninja logic for shortening the path lengths and avoiding the need for quotes.
