• Remove arm32-asm-function.diff since arm: Declare symbols as .type function OpenMathLib/OpenBLAS#4998 merged.
• Remove ARM64_WINDOWS_UWP_PATCH since fix: add missing NO_AFFINITY checks OpenMathLib/OpenBLAS#4926 merged.
• Update win32-uwp.diff line number
