Updates port curl.
Fixes the exported curl configuration (
libcurl.pc,curl-config) on Windows. (Noticed with/needed for [proj4] Update to 8.1.1, revise features and dependencies #20443.)Changes exported dependency
/.../libz.ainto-lzetc. (Fixes undesired inclusion oflibz.aintolibspatialite.a, breaking linkinglibspatialite-tools. (Similar to what is described forlibintl.ain https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27297.) Needed for [proj4] Update to 8.1.1, revise features and dependencies #20443.)Which triplets are supported/not supported? Have you updated the CI baseline?
