Update the spanish readme with the latest changes of english readme

    It keeps in sync the spanish readme with the mainstream readme

There is a grave error though. “Library” = “biblioteca”, not “librería”, which means “bookstore”.

@fitojb though there is a lot of false friends on translatarions like "encryption" -> "encriptacion" which should be "cifrado" in spanish, is okay to use "librería" in terms of programming, in spanish though "biblioteca" is not very common for libraries and can be confusing as it stands more for a colection or repository of multiple elements, for that reason in spanish is preferred the usage of "librerías" in terms of spanish, however i don´t know if there is a dialect of spanish which prefers the usage of "biblioteca" as it is very uncommon

That’s just not true. It’s never been translated like that historically; you can use https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/language/Search?&searchTerm=library&langID=736&Source=true&productid=0
