Installing soxr currently also installs these six files in a non-standard location:
debug\doc\LICENCE
debug\doc\NEWS
debug\doc\README
doc\LICENCE
doc\NEWS
doc\README
This patch simply removes these files from the install. Note that the license file is still installed by the portfile, it's just copied straight from source, and I haven't touched that part.
