[ffmpeg] Add mp3lame and opus features

  It adds mp3lame and opus features to ffmpeg package.

• Which triplets are supported/not supported? Have you updated the CI baseline?
  Only x86-windows and x64-windows are verified.

• Does your PR follow the maintainer guide?
