Description

This PR updates several required dependencies.
This includes:
Flask ~= 1.1.0 now from 1.0.0
Flask-Cors to 3.0.10 from 3.0.9
ipython to 7.31.1 from 7.16.3
greenlet to 1.1.2 from 0.4.17
gevent to 21.12.0 from 20.9.0
ipykernel to <=6.6.0 from <6.0
