Truncated event payloads can reach unchecked memory accesses before their lengths are validated.
Reject truncated kernel thread payloads before reading or rewriting process/thread IDs. Independently validate EventPipe payload extents before dispatching callbacks.
Add regression coverage for malformed lengths, valid thread layouts, both pointer widths, and truncated EventPipe blocks. Kernel thread tests use padded classic records to exercise fixup directly; existing lookup assertions and valid-event behavior are preserved.
