Add nightly pipeline for MI100 to run convergence and batch size test similar to V100. The MI100 has 32 GB so needs different batch sizes. It also generates slightly different numbers than V100, so needs different reference point. It also requires deterministic mode to get consistent numbers (still checking this..).
