Nested extglobs produce regexps with unbounded quantifiers causing catastrophic backtracking. This updates all package-lock.json files that pin minimatch 3.1.2 to the patched 3.1.4 release. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
