This PR fixes an issue where using wasmBinary together with blob URLs (common in browser extensions and Electron apps) causes an error. The problem occurs when Emscripten's default locateFile implementation tries to construct a URL using new URL(fileName, import.meta.url) where import.meta.url is a blob URL, which is not a valid base URL for relative resolution.
Changes:
- Added a
locateFileimplementation whenwasmBinaryis provided that returns the filename directly, avoiding URL resolution errors
