- ReleaseOrt changed to OrtRelease so that all functions have a consistent Ort prefix
- Reversed OrtTensorElementDataType & OrtType to ONNXTensorElementDataType & ONNXType since they are from the ONNX headers
- ONNXStatus/ONNXValue/ONNXSession now have an Ort prefix as they are not from ONNX
- Simplified the C API a little more by removing 'struct' in parameters
