Description
This PR adds the
Config.OverlayAPI to C# and Java. It also introduces theConfigclass and its main APIs to Objective-C.Motivation and Context
This PR aims to bring parity so that the APIs used in the examples are available in all language bindings. It is needed for this PR as well.
