Azure conflict error when deploying Management_Center

I've tried to deploy 5 times and I'm getting an error every time. Four of the times was this conflict on Management Center. The other time was a DNS error on some other aspect of the service.

@orasis @eisber I think I have the same problem. Have tried to deploy numerous number of times using different settings but 4 events fail always:
