Summary

Update outdated samples. This samples need to be updated due to changes made in #159. This change caused for a hash to change inside the overlayfs options array.

Also fixing docker busybox image tag. The latest tag needs kata-containers@e61ef30. I'll revert it back to latest once we absorb this upstream change
