Describe the bug

from autogeStudio 0.0.53, skills are not insert in the prompt.

also the files skills.py in web/files/user/..../scratch/ is not updated.
or nothing in new working dir .autogenstudio/files/user/......

So the agent don't know use the appropriate skill.
