Pull request overview
This PR enhances the README documentation for Foundry Agents samples by adding a new section that explains the architectural change regarding agent versioning and static definitions in the new Foundry Agents experience.
Changes:
- Added a new "Agent Versioning and Static Definitions" section explaining how agent definitions are now static and established at creation time
- Documented that runtime configuration overrides are not supported and will be silently ignored
- Clarified the abstraction-first design approach for cross-provider portability
