Color Picker is inaccurate with color profiles

Steps to reproduce

You have to either:

• own multiple, different monitors
• be able to adjust Color profile on your monitor

1. Take a color pick.
   
2. Move the target window or adjust Color profile.
3. Take another color pick.
   
4. Notice how the colors are different.

Note that the Windows built-in screenshot tool also seems to be affected by this, yet I'm not sure how to create a bug report for that.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The color to stay the same. In theory it may display the adjusted color, but I see no reason for it to default to the tuned color.

❌ Actual Behavior

Color Picker is affected by tweaked color profiles.
