Peek unable to preview files inside a ZIP in Explorer #27353

Peek

Steps to reproduce

Try to open any file within a ZIP in explorer

✔️ Expected Behavior

Peek should unzip the file into temp and preview the file.

❌ Actual Behavior

The user only gets the following message "Error occurred while previewing of this file" message
