[API review] Revisit the naming of the annotations property to avoid confusion with the term used in JSON Schema

The issue here: https://github.com/microsoft/OpenAPI.NET/issues/1719 introduced the annotations name for a different use case, but it also conflicts with the annotations in the JSON-Schema. Evaluate a rename to make it clearer.
