docs: Added documentation for Support for Reusing Existing Azure AI Foundry Project

Purpose

This pull request enhances the deployment documentation to support reusing an existing Azure AI Foundry Project. The changes include updates to the deployment guide and the addition of a new guide for configuring an environment with an existing Foundry Project Resource ID.

Documentation Updates for Azure AI Foundry Integration:

• Deployment Guide Enhancements (docs/DeploymentGuide.md):

  • Added a new parameter, Existing AI Foundry Project Resource ID, to the deployment options table, allowing users to specify an existing Foundry Project Resource ID.
  • Introduced a collapsible section titled "Reusing an Existing Azure AI Foundry Project" with a link to a new guide for retrieving the resource ID.

• New Guide for Reusing Foundry Projects (docs/re-use-foundry-project.md):

  • Created a step-by-step guide for configuring an existing Azure AI Foundry Project, including instructions on locating and copying the Resource ID from the Azure Portal.
  • Added links back to the deployment guide for seamless navigation between the guides.
