Introduce Server Security JWT Support

Trying to get #322 up to date with the current build to see what's required

Supersedes #322 but still doesn't build

This commit 7c676d0 deleted the JwtInterceptor classes, which are still required by the security-jwt tests, and I'm not sure if the tests are wrong, or these classes should be re-created
